Custom Machining:
Please email us a file in AutoCAD R13 DWG file format for a quote. Submissions in other file formats may delay a quote. Please include specific alloy desired if it is relevant, and quantities desired.

Tubing:
We have a large stock of 6061-T6 extruded aluminum tubing that we had extruded for a customer's machining order. This tubing is ideal for ultralight airplane plans that call for aluminum tubing because this alloy has about twice the yield strength as the same size 6063 type aluminum tubing that is more commonly available in these shapes.

1" x 1" Square, outside dimension, 1/8" wall, approximately 12 feet long per segment max.

1" x 2" Rectangular, outside dimension, 1/8" wall, approximately 15 feet long per segment max.

2" x 2" Square, outside dimension, 1/8" wall, approximately 12 feet long per segment max.

1 1/2" round, outside diameter, 1/8" wall, approximately 13 feet long per segment max.

We can cut to a requested length and recommend doing so to ease shipping, as larger and heavier orders require special shipping. Please call or email us for a quote. Other material shapes and sizes are available but may not be in stock

Material Kits:
We have a material kit available that provides most of the aluminum needed to build an ultralight gyroplane that are on the Internet today, particularly the Honeybee Gyro and the Gyrobee. All alloys are 6061-T6 alloy unless specified and are unpainted and unmachined except for the saw cut to cut the material to length. This kit does not include the material to make the engine, engine mounts, control stick, rotors, rotor head, some digipod mount parts and a few other parts that need to be professionally manufactured for safety.

A small additional amount is usually provided on each piece to accomodate for cut width so the actual lengths of the material provided may be longer than specified above. The longer lengths of material are cut to specific lengths in such a way to make shipping easier and still be able to make the parts properly. If you have questions or special requests, please email us.

We also have a small number of machined gyroplane parts, including excess engine mounts for the Rotax 503 engine. Please call or email us for details.

Ultralight Control Stick:
Finished machined aluminum parts needed to make a control stick assembly. Does not include bolts, washers, nuts or the linkage system.
