These prices are subject to change and do not include shipping or 6% Michgan sales tax for Michigan destinations. Shipping will vary based on the total package weight and destination, the shipping cost for most products run $20 to $45 for the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Rush Orders
Our UPS service often picks up packages before noon. For orders that must be shipped same-day, we reserve the right to charge a "rush" fee for all parts ordered after 11am Eastern Time. The customer will be notified of this fee and have the right to either accept it to ship same day, or refuse it and the parts will ship the next business day without the rush fee. This is so we can justify a special trip to drop off the package at the UPS terminal or post office.
COD
We do accept C.O.D. orders, however, there is a $12 fee that UPS charges for C.O.D.s that we must pass along, $8 is the UPS COD fee, and $4 is for the signature fee. Also, C.O.D. orders must be paid with a cashier's check or a money order.
Returns
Returns on credit card orders will be paid back to the account used to place the order. This is a retail industry standard fraud prevention measure.
There is a 30 day limit on returns.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for parts in resaleable condition, a higher restocking fee will be charged if parts are returned damaged, blemished, installed or missing.
If parts are damaged or installed, the restocking fee will be higher based on our determination of the remaining value, we reserve the right to not accept a return on installed parts. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The buyer must contact us to make arrangements before returning parts. Any shipping damage due to customer's improper packing of returned products will result in a higher restocking fee, depending on parts and type of damage. Street Dreams is not responsible for poor repacking of returns.
Orders
To order with credit card, call with a full description ready, and part numbers if Vintage Air or Walker Radiator parts are desired.
If you wish to use physical mail to order, you may print this page, fill it out and mail it in. We like to communicate with our customers to keep touch with them and help them determine if our products are suitable to our needs, so please drop us an email or call us before ordering.
Payment Methods: Please do not send email with a credit card number.
We also accept personal checks and company checks, both are subject to an additional one week delay. We also accept cashier's checks and money orders, orders paid with those ship with no extra delay.
We can accept PayPal on a provisional basis, but the sending Paypal account must be verified and must have a verified address. We will not ship to unverified PayPaladdresses. Please be advised that we may charge additional fees for this service.
Shipping:
If a buyer has a shipping account, Street Dreams may accommodate requests to bill shipping charges to this account, but this is at Street Dreams' discretion only.

We use UPS and the U.S. Postal Service for our package handling, if this is a problem, please let us know when you order so we can make other arrangements. Extra fees may apply for handling, pick-up charges and administrative work for alternate carriers.
We do accept and ship international orders. The buyer is responsible for customs and duty charges. Due to high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to require wire transfer payments. We also reserve the right to charge additional fees because of the additional paperwork and other administrative work needed to pass customs. There is a $50 minimum charge if the shipper you choose requires a "proof of origin" because of the destination country, as it requires filing certifications with customs and other authorities.
